I am an experienced Counseling Psychologist and I offer counseling and psychotherapy to a wide variety of individuals and couples. My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative and I embrace the unique aspects of each person. I offer a range of interventions drawn from the traditions of Humanistic, Psychoanalytic-Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Social Justice, and Mindfulness-based techniques. I am also a certified Level 2 PACT couples therapist.
